Terms & Conditions
1. Terms of trade
- Payment is to accompany all orders, unless otherwise arranged.
- Telephone, fax, and email orders using MasterCard or Visa are welcomed.
- Credit cards will be charged when an Order is placed, via Payment Express (a Visa and MasterCard certified solution, developed by DPS).
- Delivery will be ASAP from mid-March, when all the bulbs in your order are available, by courier or your rural mail contractor or NZ Post. Please allow up to 14 days at peak season times. Please be aware that orders can sometimes be delayed as some bulbs are late season & some are imported from overseas & may not arrive in our shed until later in March.
- There is no minimum order size for individual orders.
- All prices include GST. A tax invoice will be issued with each delivery.
- In the unlikely event that Blooming Bulbs Ltd is unable to supply a particular bulb, we will substitute with another bulb of equal or greater value, unless order specifically requests "No Substitutes".
- Refunds under $20 will be by credit or voucher
2. Currency
- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
- Prices include GST.
3. Delivery
- All material in this web site is intended for use by and delivery to New Zealand residents only.
- Delivery of goods will be by Courier or NZ Post.
- Goods will be shipped once payment has been validated, unless prior arrangement has been made.
- Delivery: there is a set charge for packing, packaging & delivering orders.
- Bulbs are alive! Please unpack orders immediately and allow air to circulate.
- Report any errors/omissions to Blooming Bulbs Ltd within 7 days of delivery.
4. Privacy Policy
Blooming Bulbs Ltd will not pass your details on to any other company or third party organisation.
5. Security
The details that you enter will be encrypted and secured.
