Important Information . . .
Catalogues are ready to be sent out from 1st February.
We accept FUNDRAISER BULB ORDERS from 1st March each year.
If Fundraiser Bulb Orders are received prior to 19th March we will do our utmost to have them processed & despatched prior to Easter (i.e. within Term 1 for Schools).
We accept some orders after this date by arrangement & subject to stock levels.
Fundraiser Bulb Orders received after 19th March will be sent out mid April (i.e. within School Term 2).

ONLINE Fundraising for Clubs, Groups & Organisations :
We have a different method for Fundraiser orders for adult Groups. This is designed to be really simple for the Fundraising Co-ordinator & your members.
- Each member individually visits the Blooming Bulbs Ltd website during the pre-arranged time-frame, browses & chooses the bulbs they want, then places their order quoting the Group Order Key in the area provided.
- They each pay individually by VISA or Mastercard & Blooming Bulbs then collects those orders together, packs each one & returns them ALL to the appointed Fundraiser Co-ordinator, followed by a refund to your Bank A/C od 20% of the total.
- This saves the co-ordinator from having to send out Catalogues & collect Order Forms & payments.
- There is an advantage too, as we have many varieties on the website that are not in our Catalogue & it shows only varieties that are currently in stock.

PLEASE NOTE: We would expect a response rate of at least one order per Catalogue sent. Printing rates mean that our 4-colour catalogues are costly and we print a limited number each year. Plus, they are quite heavy & therefore expensive to post/courier. While we certainly don't want to discourage you, we usually suggest that you just take Catalogues for about half the number of families, & send them home in batches. You can photocopy the Order Form page if you run out.
If you are taking Catalogues that are not used, then that means some other school or group is denied the opportunity to participate.
NB: The minimum size for this Fundraiser programme is $200.00.
We are pleased to offer schools, clubs & community groups the opportunity to carry out Fundraising with us, but request that the intention of this offer be respected. We are able to offer you a 20% discount & cover the considerable freight costs because we receive your multiple orders together, only have to process one cheque & are able to despatch the bulbs to you in one parcel.
